The location was particularly good and ideal in a beautiful neighborhood and met standards. It was an excellent place for sightseeing in Konstanz. I had much fun and met efficient staff. The very nice and helpful receptionist was seldom seen.

It was very orderly, stylish and clean.

There was no one on duty for check-in or to attend to problems at all until the following morning, when we were about to leave and it was too late to be of use. The atmosphere was cold and severe--and in that sense not pleasant.

fantastic hotel with very efficient employees despite the very nice and helpful receptionist who is seldom seen. a wide array of goodies for breakfast. easy check-in, parking outside. not to mention free wifi! location very close to the centre, lake constance and the train station, the lake, the train station and major bus route, and the harbor, lake, and old town center.

The hotel is strategically placed in a beautiful neighborhood, just a few minutes’ walk from city center and various restaurants. Transportation is easy since it is situated in a residential area close to the train station. The cleanliness is impressive with well-appointed amenities and new furniture. The staff is efficient, friendly, and always willing to help.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We had a fantastic stay at Boardinghouse Home in Konstanz. The modern and clean apartments were spacious and comfortable. The self-check-in process was intuitive and hassle-free. The location was convenient, within walking distance to the harbor, lake, and old town center. we highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay.

Check-in machine not working upon arrival. Mattress is so soft it's terrible for back. No change of towels during 6 days stay.

I liked that the rooms were very modern. I think we were the first to have stayed in our room since it was renovated. Had a great little kitchen and wonderful balcony in House 2 second floor.

The front desk is only open from 7am - 11am everyday! Very inconvenient. We ended up losing our room key the second night and we could not get a new one till the next day! We had two little kids with us and when we finally got someone on the phone they told us that they can't come to help us and that we would have to "rebook" a new room to stay in". That is very unsafe. What if there was some emergency with the room and we can't get in? So we rebooked (with the machine at the front door), and ended up getting woken up at midnight by some man yelling at the top of his lungs for a half an hour, in German, and punching his door, Why? Because his key let him back into the hotel but not back into his room. Won't stay there again!

This place is conveniently located near a bus stop, supermarket, restaurants, and the city center.

We liked our rooms and the amenities were great.

The apartment was large and well-equipped, with modern fittings and gadgets. The location was central, with easy access to nearby attractions. We enjoyed the option to cook in the apartment, which provided a great alternative to dining out during the busy Christmas period.

The check-in process was impersonal, with an automated kiosk that did not work properly for some guests. It would have been better to have a front desk with staff available to assist.

Brand new building, comfortable and stylish. Small kitchen area useful as no restaurants nearby. Well equipped, good fast wifi and laundry & sauna in building.

Not meant to be a hotel (no daily cleaning or restaurant for example) but short stay apartments for travelling workers etc. 15 minutes walk to city centre, but a bus stop about 50 metres away, and only 1 restaurant nearby. No shops nearby either to buy in stuff for breakfast.

Convenient location, spacious and clean room/bathroom, tasty breakfast, environmentally conscious measures, easy walk to city center.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
